Help switch from FusionInvoice 2017-9

I’m currently running an installation of FusionInvoice 2017-9.
I know this is not the last released version of FI, do I need to upgrade the system to version 2018-8 (last of FI) to switch to InvoicePlane?

I don’t know where I can find the update packages to do this, can someone help me?

You need 2018-8 to upgrade to InvoicePlane. However, that package is not available yet, but may be made available later. Doesn’t make any sense to switch to InvoicePlane right now because development is ongoing.
