Hi there,

Long time FusionInvoice user, so I was a bit surprised to see it ending.
However I’m happy to see that it’s released open source.

So I’d like to propose a change:

Currently there is a “Dashboard” widget showing all payments in the last month.
In my opinion this field is useless; I’d much rather see all invoices that are paid in the selected date range.

So instead of filtering on the payment date, I’d like to filter on the invoice date, effictively giving you the sum of all invoices sent out in selected date range that have been paid, thus correctly showing your income for the selected date range.

Any support on this?
I might give it a go but I’d rather first ask opinions here first :slight_smile:

Also, while I’m at it, I might aswell make including taxes optional.

I think there will be a lot of changes on the dashboard. As version 2 will receive a lot of new features and updates there also will be a lot of new information that may be presented on the dashboard.

For a later version it may also make sense to make the dashboard module, meaning that there a multiple widgets the user can toggle on/off and move.
