Where would i find the User_Type Labels?

Looking for where i can modify the names for the user_types. Currently the only two are Administrator or Guest. I want to change the title of Administrator to “Owner” and guest to “member”. I’ve looked at most the code in the modules/users/ directories. The changes i have made there are not changing the outcome in the add new user form dropdown. Any tips on where to look?

If you are searching for language strings, why don’t you take a look into the language file?
