Hi, I download the files, unzipped it and uploaded to web hosting webroot folder, then I created copy of ipconfig.php.example and opened /index.php/setup in my browser and I got this:

Which PHP version are you using on your webhosting
I think that PHP 7
All these types of errors that I found by googling for your error had something to do with an installation of PHP that wasn’t working correctly on the server.
I also saw in those errors other PHP version than 7.
Can you check with your host?
