No layout after upgrade

Hi,
I recently upgrade to PHP 7.4 and to InvoicePlane 1.5.11
And after I logon to Invoiceplane looks like there is no display layout, just plain text no special fonts or center.

This most probably the case when you have not downloaded the prePacked zip, but the sourcecode.
Then the CSS/JS files are missing at it looks like you posted --> plain HTML
