Client can be added twice with same name

hello,
the “client_lookup” function search clients by name, but you don’t limit the creation of same client name,
so if you add the same client it will show up twice and whichever you select you’ll get the first one.
It should not be allowed to create same client name twice, I assume this goes for products and products famillies as well.
