Bug in 1.5.9 - custom fields

If you add a custom field - single choice (dropdown)

I added.

Mr.
Mrs.
Miss
Lord

ect.

But when you create / send the email to the user. Instead of

Hi Mr. X it’s shows the ID Hi 2 X

I think this is a bug.
