I’ve had the system for a couple of days now and am very pleased with how well it’s running and how easy it is to customise!
One feature (It may have been covered, forgive me if I’ve missed it!) I would like to see however is the ability to send the email straight away once the ‘Send Email’ button is pressed. As the templates have already been configured, having the step where there is the possibility to change the email body prior to sending opens up room for unnecessary mistakes prior to sending the invoice/quote.
Is there any way this step can be a feature which can be turned on/off?
Sorry if that’s not very clear, if you don’t understand it, I’ll try and reword it better!!
