How to have user data printed in invoices

Hello,
My first post here :slight_smile:

I’m writing my first invoice with Invoiceplane, and want to make something that seems basic, but I don’t find the info in the wiki.
I simply want the user data (specially email, phone number) to be printed near the name and address. Just until now I can just do that if I use the address fields. These data are already written in the user profile.
Any idea? I hope it’s not necessary to edit templates by hand :frowning:
I’m unsure of the exact invoiceplane version (installed by softaculous) but it’s 1.xx, certainly not 2.

It is. The templates are build in a way so that any user can completely change the look and displayed information. You can find more information about that here: Customize Templates - InvoicePlane Wiki

Today where privacy is a big issue, people don’t want their cell and email laying around on paperwork.
