Actually, I am looking for option that gives permission for specific user to create invoice and able to accept payment but not to modify invoice created. Is it possible on latest version of invoiceplane?

No it’s not possible because the current system of user authorization is very limited. Extending the app to work that way requires a lot of modification.

Roles and eadvanced permissions are planned but too few users want this feature so other things have a higher priority right now.
