Can't delete invoice / quote item --> 404 Page Not Found The page you requested was not found

I can not delete items on an invoice / quote, cant delete recuring invoices,… I get the same error everywhere.

I upgraded from 1.4.x to 1.5.x with the instructions given for an upgrade below 1.5

any idea how to solve this?

This issue was resolved with the latest version 1.5.7.
Please make sure you used this version.
