You can add the part to compile CSS with Grunt
Please tell us exactly what your problem is. What part is missing? And what about Grunt?
Are you sure that you donwloaded InvoicePlane from the website?

no i clone your github repository
and i follow installation instruction
but css files are missing.
After runnig grunt, all it’s ok
That’s why the installation instructions state that you should download the package from the website.
The repo is for development only.
But glad it works now.
