Update to the codeigniter framework version (3.1.7) - Release Date: Jan 13, 2018

This version brings some modifications and some bugfixes.

Changes: Updated Cache, Email, Form Validation, Loader and Pagination libraries; deprecated the CAPTCHA helper’s create_captcha () function.

Fixed Bug: Database, Database Utilities, Query Builder and Session Libraries; URL helper; $ config [‘allow_get_array’] handling.

Won’t update to 3.1.7 yet as it contains a bug with email validation.
