Hey i own a domain, bills.apexdigitech.com, and i was trying to install invoice plane in that sub-domain. But was unsuccessful to do so. Kindly guide to install it on my windows hosting.

Abit more information would of been useful but I’m going to take a guess based on clicking your link…
The error displayed would inidate you are possibly running PHP earlier than version 5.3 as this error could be related to namespaces which are not recognised on earlier versions.
Could you confirm your PHP version? If it is earlier than 5.3 please upgrade (I would recommend making the leap to PHP 7 if possible as it has many benefits) 
My PHP version is 7.1.9?
What may be the possible issues?
