Settings page not shown correctly after update

I have update invoice plane from 1.4.x to 1.5.4 and after this all its fine but not the settings page he shown without style. It looks like that there no load any header and missing jQuery

the other problem is in the WEbInvoice View i cannot access the new custom variables

Did you downloaded the application from the official website?

yes i did. i have look the files at settings module and compare with the github and it seems there is no diff but the settings page begins with the first row of the settings view file and no header

All other pages run fine and have no problem

Could you please open the “Network” tab of the developer tools, reload the page and look for items that are marked as red or with the status code 404 in the tab window.

i got an 500 error for setting and im now see on the end of the side an error
