Cannot create client in Invoice Plane

Hi I have installed invoice plane on apache webserver. Whenever I go to Add Clients tab it shows error. I went into the apache logs and it is saying this

Can you guys help me out?

Reading the output, are you using any Custom Fields on your client page? If so, do yoru custom field names contain any special characters? Your log files are displaying a checkbox element in the output above.

Can you re-post your log files, enclosed within a “code” tag (select the code, then click on the the </> butto in the toolbar.) This should hopefully clarify the log file.

Enabling “debug logging” in the ipconfig.php file will also yield more detailed information to help resolve the problem.
