Payment email isn't sent


I’ve added a payment for an invoice, but the payment email isn’t sent to the client.

(I’ve set up the payment email template correctly)

Which payment E-Mail?

The ‘Paid email template’. It should be when a payment is entered, an email would be sent to the client right?

This template is just used if you email the invoice to your client while the status is “Paid”
