Login not accessible after setup

Every release has shown a bunch of bugs.

Now, I installed the InvoicePlane from scratch and when I try logging in the login page loads, but when I disable DISABLE_SETUP and REMOVE_INDEXPHP it does not work. So, I roll back them to false and the login page does not load, just the welcome in order to setup again.

Translation for Portuguese (Brazilian) does not work too. What is going on my friend?

I just found the issue.

SETUP_COMPLETED is not set to true after installation. So I changed from false to true and everything is working till now. I hope no other issues happens. Thanks.

But about the translation, it is still a bug. Older versions were translating smoothly, now it does not work.
