Some suggestions here and there:

  • When copy a document, change the orginal date to “today”
  • Include an extra field in quotes for Terms (can be named “notes”)
  • Reports by Date (already merged into code, I think)
  • Payments method show in invoice (linked to Payment Method), this is already done by another user in this forum
  • Show ‘quarter’ as a period in the dashboard
  • Ability to change client when editing invoice or quote

We have @CarlosDom working with some small improvements and can get into some of this and other things, if you want.

Added:

  • Ability to change client when editing invoice or quote

Suggestion:

  • Change name of “Invoices Group” to “Sequences” as
    1. it has to be not just with invoices
    2. is not about groups, but about sequences

"Change name of “Invoices Group” to “Sequences”" -> I think ‘accounting group’ would be a better term.

New one;

  • Add a report to print complete invoice PDFs by date.

For example, if you need to print the invoices (or store in pdf) for a complete year or quarter, so there won’t be needing to do one by one.

Actually invoice of PDFs should store somewhere when invoice is made, so it will be unmodified even information about the company changes (like address of the customer or even ours). Legally is usually required to keep the document unmodified.
