Hi,

I just did a test on https://www.mail-tester.com regarding a spam test.
But it seems the email that invoiceplane send is not 100% good written.

Score: -1.105 MIME_HTML_ONLY
Message only has text/html MIME parts
You should also sent a text version of your message (text / plain)

Score: -1.282 HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_24
HTML: 2000-2400 images with bytes or words
You should add more text in your email

Is this not build in ? Or do I need to activate something first?

It is entirely up to you how you create templates. According to this it seems that the mail has just not enough content.
If you paste a HTML signature you may solve this problems.

Well we use the "e-mail template editor"
Below an example, we even have other templates, but more text but it’s the same result.

Or is there another setting where i need to create a plain text template? So there is an html and text version of the emails that your fantastic platform sends?

No sorry. You either send the emails as plain text or as HTML versions. But the email sending thing is gonna be updated and extended for version 1.6.0

ah okay great,
because we had to make it html now, otherwise when the email was send. As plain text the space between (from enters) was not included so all text was pact in one paragraph.

Thank you for this new improvement. Would be great to have both options.
