Update Error from 1.4.6 - 1.4.8

I update from 1.4.6 to 1.4.8, update went fine.

In system settings it still says 1.4.6

And when I try to add a new product I get the following error:

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also when i try to create new invoices or quotes it freezes. The gear icon just keeps spinning

Please restore the backupfrom your version before the update and try to update again. It seems that your database wasn’t updated correctly.
