Saving / not updating issue

Hello,

I have read all other posts on this forum about this issue but dit not find a solution for me.

As many others, I always need to refresh the page before I see a change.
When I create an invoice and save, nothing happens. I refresh. Everything is there.
I go to the invoice lists page (view all), invoice is not there. I refresh. Invoice is there.

I checked javascript logs, server logs, application logs. All blank.

What could be the problem?

Did you tried using the debug mode?
