Draft quote ID not updated when publish to pdf is used

In regards to this: Incorrect invoice and quote ID after upgrading from 1.4.6 to 1.4.7

I have the Settings “Mark as sent” active for quotes.

If I make a draft quote and download the PDF the status is changed to “send” but still no correct ID. I have to save the quote again to get the correct ID.

Any fix?
