Incorrect invoice and quote ID after upgrading from 1.4.6 to 1.4.7

I recently upgrade from 1.4.6 to 1.4.7 and noticed this problem today when creating a new invoice.

The new invoice ID is showing 52 for somehow as below

I can confirm the next invoice and quote ID are set correctly, and I did try to save again but the problem still

mySQL is also showing the correct setting so I can’t tell what went wrong

As said, both quote and invoice are having the same problem, the current quote ID starts from 9 and 50 for invoice.

Can someone please advise?

I have the same issue, when i create new invoice, it shows not set yet.

Please help me.

As mentioned in the release notes, invoice numbers are not set for draft invoices.

There is a setting to configure this but somehow it’s not working correctly. After changing the status to sent, the invoice number will be set.
