I have the same problem and not show anything in the log, how do you could fix it?, I use 1.4.6, the format of my csv is:
client_name;client_address_1;client_address_2;client_city;client_state;client_zip;client_country;client_phone;client_fax;client_mobile;client_email;client_web;client_vat_id;client_tax_code;client_active
Jon Doe;address client;;city of client;state of client;zip client code;country client;phone client;;mobile phone client;email client;;vat number of client;;1

But do not tell how could fix it, I retry the import replacing “;” by “,” and still not work.
