Can you add this string (1) in translate source file?

(1) You can enter any HTML here which will be displayed on the bottom of your PDF invoices and your PDF quotes.

I don’t quite understand what you want.

You can already add custom translation strings in the custom_lang.php.

And you are able to add any HTML for PDF footers in the general settings.
