Sorry for what is probably a simple question, I’m trying to install and on the page for database. I’m assuming this means MySQL, I created a database, username and password on my cPanel X but I keep getting the error, “Failure Cannot connect to the database server”. Any help would be tremendously appreciated.
I’ve tried HostGator’s support and it escalated to the supervisor with no luck. Very confused.
