Invoiceplane outgoing mailserver is on abuse list

I wanted to reset my password but didn’t receive a password reset mail. Inspecting my mailserver logs explains why:

May 10 15:29:53 zimbra postfix/smtpd[13974]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from[]: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [] blocked using; Blocked, on lists [abuse], See:; to=<> proto=ESMTP helo=<>

As far as I know the server itself is not blacklisted but the primary domain of the server network ( is blacklisted. This may be the result of another hosting customer using his server to send spam.
I contacted the provider with the request for removal.
