Please take a look at your database and check if client_active
is set to 1 for your user.
Did you started working with InvoicePlane or did this happen directly after the setup?
it happen directly after the setup when i put the script file in the server location and run it then when i put the email adresse and the password that i put in my database the error apear
Okay the please try to reinstall the app but check if any information / credentials contain very special characters like /
, \
or any type of quotes.
