Problems creating new Invoice or Quote

Spining Cog and then error in 1.4.6 version.

Hi, i just installed the 1.4.6 version followin all the steps, i can create a client and product but i can’t create a new invoice or quote, can you help me please? here is my log: https://paste.invoiceplane.com/view/5159efec

When i see the console in code inspector in Chrome it shows me this

Does your server log any errors?

This is the only error in the server log:
