Datepicker Not Displayed Properly

I am having problems with the datepicker being displayed as it should making it impossible to pick a date. This occurs wherever there is a datepicker icon.

I am using version 1.4.5 with a local install of Apache 2.4 and PHP 5.5.31 64 bit on a Windows 8 platform. The error occurs with Chrome (my preference) and FireFox.

Is there anything logged in the console of both browsers? Maybe something failed to load?!

Nothing is displayed in the console.

I have just upgrade to 1.4.6 and the problem is fixed.

I had the same issue, 1.4.6 fixes it.
