User roles and accounts

Hi,

Can anyone help me the users to have roles. Administrators and normal users only.

Because now there is only admin and guest. But I want a user that can add invoices but not delete them and etc.

And the system is not allowing me to delete invoces

User roles are not possible without changing core files which I discourage.
