Is it possible to disable PDF attachments for email correspondence, and if so, where can I configure this setting? Even if I do not select PDF in the email template, a PDF file is still attached. I would like to encourage customers to use the URL to view the invoice/quote so that I can see whether they have viewed the quote/invoice.
Part of the conditions of e-invoicing is to attach the XML to the PDF (embedding).
I thought there was a separate menu option to only download PDF. Not sure at this moment
