I am getting this error during my installation i have just changed the URL in ipcongig.php and removed # from the htaccess file and renamed it. but When i tred to call setup i am getting the below error

Welcome to the forum.
Your PHP version is 8.2 and that is too new for InvoicePlane version 1.6.1

Can you go back to PHP version 8.1

There are 2 issues regarding 8.2 on github and a “discussion” as well.

Long story short:
InvoicePlane relies on something called CodeIgniter (CI). CodeIgniter is not ready for PHP 8.2 (so people started to fork CodeIgniter and fix the problem)
After CI is fixed, there are some things that InvoicePlane needs to do as well.
