Cannot place graphic logo in Invoice

Hi,

I cannot seem to put a graphic image of my logo for the Invoice header.
I did this in: System Settings->Invoice and uploaded the file.
The graphic showed up as a preview there just fine …

However, when I create an invoice and look at the resulting PDF I get this:

That’s the top right of the page. What are the allowable image types by the way. The one I tried was a small 200x200 .png

Perfect, made the changes and that fixed the issue on both quote and invoice.

Thanks for posting the link to github, I just grabbed the updated page and replaced the existing one, which works perfectly.
