How to add custom text to invoice template?

Hi all

I just finished installing the latest version of InvoicePlane and am currently setting everything up to my preference.

I would like to add a couple of text items to the default invoice template (VAT ID & other info)

How can this be accomplished? Already looked at [this (Customize Templates - InvoicePlane Wiki) page but I’m not too familiar with PHP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
