Setup completed but never asked for a email and password. Can’t get in. V1.5.11

Unfortunately with that single sentence and just one line: “can’t get in”, we can’t really help you.
Open up the database in your database admin tool.
Does it show a user?
What happens if you go to /setup?
Does the setup re-start?
Use version 1.6. That’s a newer version.
