PDF colour options

Hi,

Is the only difference in all the different pdf options the colour scheme? Seems crazy to have so much code duplication if that’s the only difference.

Would it not be better to have one template and then reference different style sheets? Making the same change to 8 pdf templates instead of 2 is a real pain!

I just created those templates in a rush to the v1.0 release. Maybe this could be solved easier but I would leave them as they are because there will be rewritten for v2.
