"Paid Amout" on Invoice not letting me populate

Hey,
InvoicePlane Community,
First of all let me thank all of you for your hard work and support on this great open source project. I am a newbie and managed to install InvoicePlane with ease. After testing couple of invoices, I ran into few issues:

  1. I can’t seem to populate the “Paid amount” on the test invoice"
  2. Send email gives me SMTP authentication error ( password doesn’t seem to stay on the email setting)
  3. Cant seem to delete a test quote " says read only"

Rrunning latest version of Invoiceplane on Windows, lastest version of Xaamp
SMTP using TLS port 587
