After resolving the problem I reported at the following post [Solved] Problems installing localhost now I can not access the login page.
If I type http://localhost/002_Tester/invoiceplane/sessions/login I get error 404.
There are ideas?

I thought you said issue was resolved earlier? Kovah pointed out that you should check to ensure mod_rewrite is enabled (read through your previous post.
Activate the mod_rewrite PHP module for XAMPP, MAMP or whatever you use.

Check if you really uploaded everything. Maybe try a second installation.
