How to display Notes in Quotes PDF?

Hi Guys,

I’m currently running v1.4.0, but I can’t seems to display Notes in the PDF generated by Quotes.

Am I doing something wrong or the function doesn’t exist? (I can’t find solution in the forum either)

Basically what I’m trying to achieve is to have the Terms and Condition displayed for quotation, you know sometime when I quote my client, they’ll also need to know what’s the payment terms and some other terms of that service.
