I believe it’s a great idea if there was some sort of Modal/Lightbox to prompt the client for a quick feedback form asking why the offer has been declined which he can then submit to get a idea why the quote has been rejected.

It’s a different request, but kind of similar. Also should exist the option to “Ask more information” in the quotes, together with “Approve” and “Deny”, just for the quotes that “almost” fit, but there are some small details missing or wrong.
