Feature requests for v2

IP 1.0.x is fantastic but there are a few items that could make it even better:

  1. although I can do multiple email templates ( eg. one for my company A and one for my company B ), I can only do one invoice template. It would be nice to have multiple invoice templates so I could change the logo for eg. or other details

  2. it would be nice to have multiple contacts per client ( I’m currently using an alias string on my mail server to get around this - not nice but the only way I can get emails to multiple contacts per client ) - the current method allows you to add cc/bcc to the email as you send an invoice/quote but this is not the best option as you may not remember the email addresses for those you need to send to

  3. the date selecting date selector widget doesn’t always work first time or is tricky to use - you need to select on the date field itself and not the calendar icon to the right of the date field

  4. while providing almost the same function as recurring invoices, it would be great to be able to clone an existing invoice into a new one with current date and new invoice no. - this allows you to quickly generate new invoices that may have similar info to previous invoices, but not recurring

  5. currently the report options bring up a ‘save as pdf’ dialogue immediately - it would be preferable to have the result displayed in html first with an option to save to pdf

Ok I’ve just seen the copy invoice option - this solves for no.4 - how did I miss this? ; )

Yes absolutely - both Firefox and Chrome support in-browser pdf now which is great.
