CRM information for customers

Currently i use custom fields to add a first name and surname. I would like to have a CRM view so i can input more information like;

  • Contacts + information
  • Vertical (type organisation)
  • Tickets / help(systyem)
  • Customer portal functionality with invoices
  • Quote system (customer specific webshops)
  • E-mail campaigns

Maybe there are more requirements, but this is what i came up with.

You will get advanced client management in InvoicePlane 2 but InvoicePlane will not get that much client related features like a ticket system.
There will be an API which means you can connect InvoicePlane to another, more powerful CRM application like SugarCRM.
