Confirmation report work (not delivery note - no products)

I do not know how it’s called in English but I mean a report with:
-customer
-date and hour of work
-description
-cost
-notes

I’m already creating reports and I can support developement sharing those with community

ASAP I will share a picture of an example for helping understand what I’m talking about.
