No but I remember that a similar bug appeared some months ago without a solution…
Hi there, the php config / environment are the same as another installation in another sub directory, when i swap the working database with the non working one it wont send emails, which is why i get very confused! Tomorrow i might have to start from fresh fresh install it have to just add in 90 odd invoices from scratch any hail mary ideas?
Thanks for all your support guys!
could you make a bacup of the ip_invoices table? Nothing more, just the invoices.
I would like to test this because it has to be the damn database if another works without problems…
You can send this to mail@invoiceplane.com if you dont want to post it here.
No problem will send now , thank you!
OK, I managed to sort it, thank god!
The Issues was with the subject line within the email template which was " Fixed Seatng invoice {{{quote_date_created}}} "
Which stopped everything for some reason, changed it to “Fixed Seatng invoice {{{invoice_number}}}” and that works absolutely fine.
Just want to say thanks to @Kovah and @egrueda for all your help! Its a great solution and looks like its going in a really good direction!
Thanks,
Sam.
Yayyy!!!
Okay I will add this as a bug. Maybe we find the problem with the date template.
@Sam_Webb Could you take a look at your email templates?
Is it possible that you used the {{{quote_date_created}}} tag in a template you use for invoices?
